A Most of our plush items are hand-washable. Please check the product tag details for further information on each item specifically.

A I’m afraid, we do not provide gift cards, but it’s something we’re exploring.

Q How do I request a refund?

A  Please take note, once clicking through to purchase on Yumetoys.com you are entering a third-party website. If you’re purchase was made through Amazon, please refer to their Returns & Replacements information. You will find this in the bottom section of the Amazon shop homepage.  Unfortunately, we cannot assist a refund or exchange.
